We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the first weekday. Orders will only ship out Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that personalized products are not shipped out right away.

Order Delivery Time Frame The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts. Processing/creation time: 3–5 Business Days. Shipping time: 1–2 Weeks (Business Days).

Holiday Time Frame During holidays, the time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts. Processing time: 3–5 Business Days (backorder dates not included). Shipping time: 2–3 Weeks (Business Days). Delays can exist out of our control.

International Shipping International shipping may differ in arrival time.

High Demand Orders may be delayed up to 2 weeks if high demand is met. We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges may change in the future, but we will keep you notified at checkout, on the product page, and on our shipping policy.
